Karen St.Pierre

Karen has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2002, specializing in Property Management and Rentals. Born in the Northeast and raised in Southern California, Karen is happy to have settled in SW Florida as a full time resident since 2000, bringing much management experience and knowledge of the area in this dynamic housing market.

Karen approaches her career as she does life, with diligence, good humor & common sense. Believing that providing excellent customer service is the key to her success, Karen loves meeting and working with new people. During her career in Real Estate she has enjoyed building strong relationships with both colleagues and customers. Karen’s best advertisement is her satisfied customers.

Denice Vitale-Rotolo

Denice Vitale-Rotolo is originally from New York, where she was employed at Citibank; working on Wall St as a Senior Account Manager. Denice graduated from City University of New York with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and also minored in Psychology. Denice relocated to Florida in 2002 with her children and has been a Charlotte County resident for over a decade; and loves all the amenities and beaches this area has to offer. Denice is goal oriented with knowledge of cutting edge technology, problem solving skills as well as a passion for providing outstanding service to her customers!

Dawn Dawson

Dawn was born and raised in Lima, OH where she was an Licensed Realtor and Property Manager of an apartment complex as well as her own investment properties. She majored in accounting and has an associates degree. Dawn relocated to Englewood, FL in 2013 and acquired her Florida Real Estate License, and her CFRM Certification. Dawn is also a Florida Notary. She believes in honesty and integrity when serving her customers.

Gail Clukey

Gail was born and brought up in Maine and has been a Florida resident since 2016. Gail brings over 35 years of knowledge in office management and HR including over 15 years in commercial/residential property management. Her motto is to treat people how you want to be treated.

Jan Barry

I would like to introduce myself, I'm Jan, who has joined House Hunters Property Management, January 1, 2019. Being in Real Estate over thirty years, specializing in annual rentals. The annual rentals give me the opportunity to have the long term relationship with the people I work with and for. The vendors I use are wonderful, they are reliable and communicate details and accuracy, very important. House Hunters Property Management has welcomed me into a group of very special people, I'm proud to be a part of the team.
